  • So sad! That's about all I can say when a boy murders his 13 y/o sister and shoots his mother. After reading a couple of posts I also thought how sad they are.

  • Actually I believe you are both wrong about the intellectual property making them his to do with as he pleases. When the subject of a photograph is a person, you have to get a signed model release from the subject before you can publish the photo.
